How to use
Take the pad out of its wrapper. Peel the pad off the wrapper and remove the strip. Press the sticky side of the pad into the centre of your underwear. If your pad has wings, wrap those around the sides. To avoid skin rashes, irritation, and infection, do not wear a pad for more than six hours. After use, a sanitary pad should be wrapped in toilet paper and put in a rubbish bin. Do not flush.
