Are Sence products vegan or cruelty-free?
Our Sence products contain mainly vegan ingredients, spot the vegan logo’s, which are presented on our Sence products.
Are Sence products safe to use on all skin types?
Our Sence products offer to all skin types, including a diverse range of collections specifically designed for dry, sensitive, oily, or combination skin. Each collection is formulated with ingredients customised to meet the requirements of your particular skin type.
My skin got irritated by one of the Sence products. What should I do?
We are doing our best to make our products suitable for anyone and everyone. If your skin is irritated after using one of our products, it is advisable to wash your face with a gentle and mild cleanser to remove the remaining ingredients of the product.
How long should I leave a Sence Face Sheet Mask on my face?
How long you should leave a Sence Face Sheet Mask on your face depends on the specific instructions on the product. However, as a general guideline, most sheet masks are recommended to be left on for about 12–15 minutes. So that the ingredients can be properly absorbed and your face gets the ultimate nourishment.

Where can I find the ingredients of the products?
The main ingredients are on the front of the packaging, but if you want to know all the ingredients of the product that you want to use, turn the product over, and you will see the heading "ingredients".
Can I use the products in combination with each other?
Our Sence products are created to be effective both on their own and in combination with each other. Some products even work better when combined, for example, our Sence Hydro Shock range, combined with our Sence Vitamin C range.

No, we unfortunately do not have a web shop at the moment for Sence, but perhaps in the future!
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Once in a while, our products are offered at a discount to one of our partner shops. It varies from time to time and from country to country which shops these are, so keep an eye on the deals to always be the first to know them.
I have my own beauty salon and I want to buy your products for it how do I do that?
Nice that you want to buy our products for resale, but unfortunately, we only sell our products to retail shops.
